This handmade holder measures 4 x 4 inch approx.
Comes in two styles: hook and loop or metal snap hook / carabiner that attaches on a lead or harness, through a fabric/ leather lead handle or onto a belt loop.
It has a back flap opening to fit the rolls in with a large eyelet at the front to pull the poop bags through for easy access. that the rolls can be threaded through for easy dispensing.
