This is a rare vintage cookie jar in the shape of an orange produced by Metlox California between 1950-1959. It is orange with a green foliage lid. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The jar measures 8" in diameter and is 9" tall. It is incised on the bottom with METLOX CALI USA.
