Nissan Xterra MOLLE Panel for 2nd Gen Xterra 2000-2004. Condition is New.
Raw steel Molle and the mounting hardware are included.
Single Molle, for one side only. Passenger side loaded half full will still leave some visibility (use front half more lightly)
Same Molle fits either side.
Painting the Molle is additional $20, email me to ask about it.
Otherwise, it is up to you to sand and paint it yourself.
The Molle is laser cut from 14 gauge cold rolled steel.
Fits Xterra 2000-2004 Driver's side or Passenger side windows.
The first picture shows a painted Molle, with slightly different holes, but it's the second, raw steel version that you get -- slits for the bolt mounting for greater variety.
The painting is not hard at all, costs $6 from Walmart for the color of your choice... I used metallic Satin Nickel which is light grey.
Besides Xterra 2000-2004 Molles, we also make them for Xterra 2005-2015, and in the making is one for 3rd Gen 4Runner, 1996-2002. Contact us to discuss other Molles if you have a different vehicle.
Hang from top hook (available from my other listing if you don't have the top hook - feel free to contact me to ask).
And attach to bottom 2 L brackets (included), or additionally from (2 per side) side attachment L brackets.
Includes hardware for all 6 L brackets, with L brackets having nutserts (act like nuts, but are always in place, so you don't have to hold them when attaching).
Driver side and Passenger side examples of use are included.
Note the hooks showing in 1/4" holes , held on each side by a nut (tightened with a wrench).
The narrow slits can be used for using Velcro straps (23" here).
None of these are included, but are shown for your future use ideas:
* rope on hooks, held by velcro. Tape measure with car-wrap narrow strip protecting the metal when tape measured is put on/off.
* water bottle upside down to dry/drain/ not let dust in
* vertical and horizontal pouches
* (not showing is a first aid kit (bandaids only))
I am fully available before or after the sale to help with the install ideas, measurements.
I am also open to suggestions for future changes or additions to make this a great tool now and in the future.
I installed a Molle on each side of my Xterra, less gear on the passenger side to still keep driver visibility, and more on the driver side.
