Please make sure you choose the correct design and names without any mistakes to avoid disappointment.
Please send us a message via conversation and attach your image after the purchase with your personalisation request.
Make sure your images are high quality. We can't make image resolution better and if the image is low resolution it might look a bit pixalated.
Please note we do not change or edit your image. Images in printing always look a slightly different than on any device. The reason for this is, that, printed items do not have Back Light and uses a different colouring method than digital devices. (RGB to CMYK)
We use high quality professional printing up to 2000 DPI. A good printing quality starts from 300 DPI. This means if your image look poor, this is because the resolution was way too low.
