Classy 80s-does-40s handmade dress. Black with a white polka dot pattern. Made of slinky, stretchy rayon I believe, with shoulder pads, a V neck, 3/4 length sleeves, and sheer black lace trim on the neckline and bottom hem. Ruching detail at the shoulders and bust. No closures, no tags. 

Great condition, freshly washed. No flaws to note.
