All orders placed before 13:30 are shipped the same day, orders placed after that time may still be shipped same day but we cannot guarantee this.

If you wish to return your purchase, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

If your item is faulty, please return the item(s) in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note, that we cannot accept returns of customised, earrings, made to order or cut to order goods, unless faulty.

Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment.

With any return please include details of your order including the order number to ensure your refund is swiftly processed.

Please note: The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage.
