As this is a private sale I cannot give a guarantee according to new EU law. The bidder declares his agreement and acknowledges this with his bid! According to the new EU law, this addition must be under every online auction, otherwise the seller is liable for the sold goods for a whole year, even as a private person. However, this does not exclude goodwill arrangements. The provision under EU law that private individuals must also provide a guarantee of one year and the right to exchange all products is therefore hereby expressly contradicted.
When you are paying with Paypal then: the Item can only be shipped to addresses that are registered within your PayPal account, and are being referred to me by PayPal. No exceptions. If you need to be shipped to a different address, you must pay with wire transfer (IBAN/BIC available). Payments only in Euro ! All dutys and custom costs in your country are unpaid and must be paid by the customer. I would not declare a Parcel as a gift or declare it with the wrong value.
