This Ratio chain is suitable for the 16" versions of the Qualcast models listed below, and has 57 drive links .050 gauge and 3/8 low profile pitch

Please count the links on your existing chain before ordering to ensure correct chain length, most chainsaws offer more than one bar length option, so chain size will vary too.

The length detailed in the description relates to the guide bar cutting length, not the chain length, please see photo number 2 above for guidance.

Drive Links: Please count every link to ensure you have the correct size

Pitch: Measure between 3 rivets and divide by 2

Gauge: Is the distance between rails on the guide bar i.e. the space the chain sits in

These replacement chainsaw chains are semi chisel domestic quality and designed for light or home use, that said they are very good value for money and can be hand sharpened with a 4mm round file

Delivery

We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in the West of Scotland. We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 2pm and 3pm, all orders after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Most orders are delivered via Royal Mail, we use RM48 which is a second class service with a guide of 3 working days but on occasion can take a day or two longer we also use Evri for our longer items, we will also use other courier companies when weight and geographic restrictions apply.

Some of our deliveries will require a signature on delivery, whenever possible please quote a delivery address where a signature can be given during working hours.

Returns

Faulty/Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Goods not required can be sent back up to 30 days after the sale but must be in saleable condition and returned in original packing for a refund. If the item has been removed from the point of sale packaging we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to enable us to sell the item as a graded return

Buyer pays for all return postage, please send via a tracked service with proof of postage as we are not responsible until we receive the goods back.
