HYPER-SEAL CLEAR FORMULA detects and seals gaps and cracks in head gaskets, engine blocks, cylinder heads, radiators, leaks. core plays and other cooling system leaks. Suitable for all types of engines and vehicles with a water cooling system. WILL NOT BLOCK the cooling system.
Instructions:
- It can be added to hot or cold- engines. No need to drain the anti-freeze, Pour into the expansion tank or radiator add water if required - Do Not Overfill.
- Turn the heater temperate to hot but don't turn the fan on.
- Replace cap and idle engine at approximately 2000-3000 RPM for 20-30 minutes. Hand Gasket leak or cooling system leak should now be sealed.
- Allow the vehicle to cool down and carefully open the cap. Check the water level and top up if required.
- Bleed any airlocks. Run the engine again, ensure there is no more water loss/overheating. No need to flush the cooling system.
- If pressurising, ensure around half the water/coolant is present in the system then add the contains. Close the run engine for 20 minutes keeping an eye on the temperature needle.
