(1) After programming, we don't accept returns. The programmed hearing aids will not be returned if you have any issue after the delivery of your item. The hearing aids will be returned only if you will purchase unprogrammed hearing aids.

(2 ) If you will locally programmed these devices after purchase and you face any issue or the devices properly not programmed by your local programmer as per your need then we are not responsible for that and won't take return back because these devices are brand new and comes directly from the manufacturing company. So request you to kindly check the devices first and then give it to your local programmer for programming.
