When tracking number shows the package was delivered to the address provided but it isn't there please report it to the carrier. We're not responsible for stolen packages. RETURNS

Returns on this item are free and can be done within 30 days.(Domestic only) The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer with  "Purchased at Depaul", security sticker or numbered tag attached.

We provide a return label with tracking number.  Approved returns will be refunded promptly.

In case of an item arriving damaged, please contact us with photos attached and we'll send a partial or full refund for the order.
