Up for your consideration is this UNUSUAL antique Chinese necklace! It is made from sterling silver and features a wild boar tusk pendant. The tusk is capped in silver and set with three gemstone cabochons. There is a large green emerald cabochon (11mm L X 10mm W X 8mm T), a pink tourmaline cabochon(8mm L X 7mm W X 4mm T), and a red garnet cabochon (7mm L X 6mm W X 4mm T). These are surrounded by twisted silver wire which is drilled and set into the tusk on both ends. The tusk pendant overall measures 3" long (not including the bale).

This pendant hangs from a byzantine style round snake chain that measures approximately 18 1/2" in total wearable length, and is finished with a silver 'S' hook clasp. It is in EXCELLENT antique condition. Please feel free to ask any questions, and be sure to check out my other GREAT items!
