If there is any error on our end (such as the two listed examples above), we also cover return postage for any exchanges.

If you ordered an item, and the correct item was sent, but you wish to exchange it (e.g. if it doesn’t fit), we will exchange it for you for free. In this case the buyer pays return postage on the item, but we will send out the replacement item free of charge.
