1. Purchase the product.

Please make sure you choose the correct design and names without any mistakes to avoid disappointment.

2. After the purchase is completed send us an eBay message specifying the personalised name or text you wish to have printed on the product. In case you order multiple products made with different designs please specify which design applies to which name.  Please also send us the order number/ID in the e-mail so that  we can identify and track your order.

Please kindly note that in case we do not receive  any information about the personalisation details  (name or text) 3 days after purchasing the order,  we will send out the product without the personalisation  included.  In this case the ordered products are non-returnable.

 If you have any special request, tell us and we will try our best to make it accordingly,  but keep in mind we can't do major changes on the design.  

If you send us a photo please make sure is high resolution. We can't cover low resolution image issues.

3. After 1-2 working days the customised product will be sent out to your confirmed address with the chosen design and required text printed on it.

4. Your order will arrive in around 4-5 Days. We use 48h Royal Mail to send you your item, so no tracking is available. If you have any questions or any issues with the item, please send us a message and we will make our best to aid the problem. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please note, that we can't cover costumer mistakes.
