Estate find.Very nice hand crafted and hand painted 10" x 3" pepper mill. Weighs about 13 ounces.  Artist's name, "William Bounds Ltd." and "Patent USA"  is found at the underside of the mill. Also handwritten is 01-12-30.  I am not sure which date this actually means. See photos for close up.
