Results
will vary depending on the course length, natural colour of your teeth,
diet (see below tip) and general oral and dental hygiene.
User Guide:
- Rinse mouth
with water. Taking an edge, pull the larger straight soft strip from
the plastic film, and face the gel side to the surface of your upper
teeth.
- Using
a mirror, align the edge of the strip to the gum by gently pressing and
adjusting the strip with your finger in turn making it adhere to the
tooth surface.
- Repeat using the smaller curved second strip for your lower teeth.
- After
30 minutes, remove both of the teeth whitening strips and discard - do
not re-use. You are welcome to wet the strip with water to aid in
removal.
- Clean off any remaining gel residue by brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth.
Important Considerations:
- The strips are not designed to be used after brushing your teeth. Allow at least one hour after brushing before application.
- Do not use the whitening strips if suffering from dental ulcers, gum disease, cut/broken gums or after oral surgery.
- This product is not recommended for pregnant women.
Your
health and wellbeing is important. In the unlikely and rare case that
you experience sensitivity issues with your gums or teeth, please
discontinue use of the product.
Important Tip:
- To
reach and sustain a better teeth whitening effect, try to reduce/avoid
products such as smoking, drinking strong coffee and tea, cola including
sugar free, red wine along with highly pigmented foods such as cherries
and blueberries etc.
