We wash, clean and disinfect all our items as best as we can
Some older items may have stains, discoloring or residue which may be hard to remove
We do not polish Metalware as some customers prefer the original patina
Our bookshelves are disinfected at regular intervals with anti bacterial spray
We try to use organic cleaning products where possible
Please read our item description thoroughly in order to be fully aware of the condition of the item
Postage
We combine postage to reduce costs
We try to keep our postage charges as accurate as possible
We use recycled packing materials where possible
If you prefer Insurance or Registered Post please message us prior to Payment and we will adjust the Invoice accordingly
Fragile items may incur higher postage costs due to extra packaging requirements and volumetric weight rather the actual weight
* Volumetric Weight - Postage costs for large items are normally based on the volume of the package rather then the actual weight due to size and usually cost more to send
