This offering is for a large format antique mounted photograph of a circa 1900 to 1910's football team. There are 11 players and a coach, the players are wearing matching team sweated with a monogram that is either AF or FA. The image stamped on the back side by the photographer "PHOTOGRAPHIC & VIEW CO KANSAS NEW RIDGE BUILDING CITY KANSAS MO". There is also a 1960's collectors label on the back which reads in part "OTTO P. HIGGINS KANSAS CITY 3 MISSOURI". The image gives a great up close view of the team on the line of scrimmage preparing to hike the ball. The image quality is very nice with a good focus and contrast. The photo measures app. 11" X 14" including the mount, the sight size is app. 7.75" X 10" The condition is very nice with wear to the edges of the mount and a scratch in the light sky area about 1.5" long, visible when held to the light at an angle but no rips, tears or repairs. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 10.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
