Our small shop of handmade rugs and wool products introduces works of craftswomen in remote regions of Kyrgyzstan. We are specialized in national rugs made with the complex mosaic technique. We call it "Shyrdak". Shyrdak is made from the 100% merino wool. Its service life can reach up to one hundred years, depending on the care of the product. Our shyrdaks are individualizable. Shipping

EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL SHIPIPNG via DHL Delivery time 7-9 business days.

All items are shipped from Kyrgyzstan. Transit times with postal service vary depending on postal operational condition and weather conditions. Processing time: 2 business days. Note that we do not ship on the weekend or during holidays.

Customs and import taxes

Returns

30 DAY RETURNS PAID BY BUYER. All shipping charges to be paid by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.

Subject to the following conditions, we will issue refunds on products returned in their original packaging and undamaged if received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please return the product in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.

To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting us at via eBay Messages. You will be notified by email to your registered email address on eBay and to eBay Messages within 48 hours with your RA#.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 6 Business Days upon verified and tracked receipt of your return package; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
