This has been sitting in storage for over 30 years. It is sealed and has never been opened. Plastic seal may be starting to come off on corners. 
Seller is not responsible for any damage to cassette case during shipping, seller is only responsible for damage to the cassette itself- The plastic case is very fragile as it has been in storage for decades. 

This gem was put into storage with the rest of Tony Victor's collection when Placebo suspended operations in 1988.  Tony was co-founder and current owner of Placebo Records as well as JFA's manager and booking agent throughout the 1980s.
