The Thetford C402 toilet is available as a right or left hand model. A left hand side model is defined as: If you are sat on the toilet then the waste tank will slide out of the left hand side of the toilet.

The C402 has its own water supply and does not take from the tank onboard -  the C403 flush connects to the onboard tank.
