Thick Foam Padding and round edges for comfortable wear. Rust Free Buckles. 

Wrist cuffs are adjustable from 6 inches to 10 inches circumference. Ankle cuffs are adjustable from 6 inches to 12 inches Circumference. 

Neck Collar is Adjustable from 13 to 17 inches Circumference. Thigh cuffs are adjustable from 18 inches to 23 inches. Width of Cuff & Collar is 2.6 inches. (Padlocks Not Included)
