One of the "Introducing" series published by Spring Books. There is no publication date printed in the book. I selected 1961 in the item specifics but I do not know if this is correct.
This book comes from my library when I was a child. It is inscribed to me on the fly leaf and I stuck a label on the title page when I was little.
The book measures approximately 28 cm by 21 cm. The pages are not numbered. Practically every page has a black and white photo.
Cloth bound in red with a rather torn dust jacket. Pages clean and unmarked but some discolouration from age.
The book takes the form of a story about a bear cub called Bernie. There are photos of other animals and circus acts.
I am also selling on ebay the following books in the same series: Introducing Ponies, Introducing Pets, Introducing the Cat Family and Introducing Baby Animals. I can post three of these books for the same postage cost, i.e. £3.35.
