I can't always account for their history (i.e. how long they were used, whether they were always in a smoke/pet free home). What I can tell you is that I would NEVER sell an item that smelled like smoke

I do my best to clean and inspect each item. All items are disinfected and stored properly. However I do recommend cleaning any item you purchase.

All new items are MOC - This means "mint on card." This means, the packaging may not be perfect (packaging may be damaged heavily) but the items inside the package are in good condition. I will not accept returns for items with blemished, dented, or faded packaging. If you want TRULY MOMC or "mint on mint card" items, buy elsewhere. I am NOT selling MOMC items. I pay for shipping to you and return shipping if you are not happy.

Assume major cosmetic wear; scratches, chips, cuts, cracks, dents, and dings on any part of any item that is not pictured. If you have any questions or concerns please ask and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to obtain any information they can prior to purchasing this item. It is the buyers responsibility to know if the item is compatible for their intended use.

Measurements:

Inspect photos for measurements. I use an app for all measurements. It may not be exact but very close. I do measure prior before using the app.

Goods are always packed with utmost care. On rare occasions, a DVD case/Game case may get cracked during shipment. I cannot offer replacement if a case is cracked during shipment due to prohibitive shipping costs. I do ship free on all my items *Excluding International shipping*

I recycle boxes and packaging for shipping please contact me if this is an issue
