SALES POLICY

• Pictures and part numbers are provided for references only.
• It is solely customers responsibility to check and verify the fitment of the part before making the purchase.
• If a part sold with a warranty, fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the same part(s) or refund the part purchase price, at our discretion.
• Warranty only applies to the original purchaser on the invoice. 

RETURN POLICY

• To return an item you must contact us via eBay message within the 14 days period to obtain a RMA Number (Return Material Authorization).

FOR PARTS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE, BUT ARE RETURNED, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY

• Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
• Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to us. When the part is received and inspected, we will issue refund accordingly.
• All our parts are marked with a unique identifier before shipping to customers to ensure we receive our parts back if returned.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
• Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay Message within 24 hours for instructions.

Orders for HI,PR and AK will be processed within 5-7 business days and require 3-7 business days for delivery
