Film opens with kids playing in sand, running around the deck of a possible lake house, then moving on to a fun playground, dad does some pan shots of whatever city they are playing in and then the kids are constructing a playhouse.

Film appears to be in very good shape, ran smoothly on a vintage Revere manual thread projector and has no detectable vinegar syndrome.
