 Rufus can't stop howling at the moon!  His head is cocked back and he is howling with enthusiasm because he can't fight his primal urge when he sees the moon in the night sky.  Our first reaction is to say "Rufus, Shut Up!" but how can we when he looks so adorable?  Man's best friend does all kinds of silly things which is why we love them. This Rufus the Dog statue is part of a collection of statues by Dutch Parastone Artist Ed Van Roswalen. He was inspired to sculpt Rufus when visiting the beautiful island of Corsica where each village square is populated by a wide variety of very friendly dogs. While spending his time relaxing, he noticed all the funny things that dogs do!
