Description:

A non‐chlorinated, exceptionally strong, fast acting, easy to use, multi‐purpose adhesive in an aerosol can.

Uses

Bond It SPRAY ADHESIVE is a non-chlorinated, exceptionally

powerful, long-lasting, multi purpose adhesive. It does not contain

damaging or harmful materials such as CFC's or Methylene

Chloride (Dichloromethane). For use on materials such as fabrics,

wood, concrete, metal, plastic, rubber, paper, card and is

particularly suited to bonding foam to foam. It is fitted with a

variable discharge nozzle that controls the width of the spray fan;

the more pressure applied to the nozzle the wider the fan. It is

ideal for the fixing of carpets, carpet tiles, cork tile, underfelts and

minor floor installations, for use in the furniture and automotive

industries, especially for bonding foam to a variety of surfaces.

Also suitable for use in repair and non-structural applications

where a high strength bond is required.

Application

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. ONLY USE IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from any contaminates

that may hinder adhesion. For best results; use in temperatures

between 15 and 25o

C. Apply to the surface holding the can

approx. 25cm away. For a strong bond apply to both surfaces, for a

lighter bond apply to only one. Leave the solvent content of the

adhesive to evaporate for 3 - 5 minutes before bringing the

surfaces and applying pressure, working outwards from the

centre. Excess adhesive is easily removed by using solvent / lighter

fluid, etc. When finished; invert the can and spray for a few

seconds in order the clear the valve ready for the next use.

Limitations

Not recommended for use on polystyrene or plasticised PVC.

Note: This product should not be used for construction purposes

such as unsupported head linings in vehicles and boats. It is NOT

suitable for use with non rigid / plasticised PVC and should not be

used on surfaces where temperatures may exceed 50oC.

Shelf Life

12 months from date of manufacture, when stored in original,

unopened containers.

Storage Conditions

Caution: pressurised container. Should be stored between 10 and 20o

C in dry areas protected from direct sunlight. Do not expose to

temperatures exceeding 50oC. Do not pierce or burn even after

use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material.

Disposal of Containers

Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to

children, animals or the environment. Replace lids and remove

any containers to a central disposal point in accordance with local

regulations. Do not pierce can.

In the event of spillage remove all sources of ignition, ventilate the

area, remove people from confined areas. Material should be

mopped up immediately with an inert absorbent material such as

sand.

sheet for full handling, use and storage instructions. If respiratory

protection is required use an organic vapour/particulate face

mask. Keep out of reach of children. It is the users responsibility

to determine suitability for use. If in doubt contact our Technical

Department for advice.
