New Old Stock - Sterling Silver Native American Chief Charm with Sterling Silver State of Utah.  I would estimate WWII era.  I have seen the emblem on numerous vintage charms but do not know the company of manufacture.  I am selling as new, with no issues other than card wear.  See photos.
