Beautiful vintage Joan Miller Juniors black dress with a very cool zig zag neckline and velvet trim at the collar and sleeves!  Great Little black dress, perfect for so many occasions!  Unsure of the fabric, but I think it may be acetate?   Very crisp!     Short sleeves and small shoulder pads.   Side metal zipper and a box pleat in the front  .     No size  on the tag, so please check the measurements carefully!  All measurements below have been taken with the dress laying flat, so may need to be doubled.
