Cleanse your face
Apply facial oil or moisturizer so that your Gua Sha glides along your skin.
Take your Gua Sha tool and press on the face in gentle, upward strokes (Follow the instruction included with your purchase).
A few rounds of Gua Sha can tone the face while also increasing blood flow and stimulating the lymphatic system.
