All LENZIP molded tooth zippers are made from DuPont Delrin UV stable resins.
Additionally, the tape of the molded tooth zippers is UV protected to resist yellowing and degradation.
Many zipper manufacturers will incorporate regrinds into their resin products. Regrinds are scrap plastic material that is reused to reduce costs. This practice adversely affects the molecular structure of the resins and results in a final product that is more susceptible to a weak product and premature failure. LENZIP uses only 100% virgin resins and never regrinds or uses sub-standard resin materials.

Typically used on the front of jackets, can also be used on any items that require the zipper halves to fully detach from each other.

- Size #10 Teeth measure approximately 5/16" inches wide when zipped together.
- Opening for slider is approximately 3/8" or 10mm (#10).
- Total width of the zipper, with the tape, when zipped together is about 1& 1/2 inches wide.
Teeth Material: Lightweight, low-friction, and wear-resistant plastic, made by DuPont.
Zipper: separates at one end.
Automatic Lock: It won't come unzipped where you stop zipping, middle or the end.
Double Pull Metal Slider: They are corrosion resistant and stronger than the Plastic.
There is one Slider, one each zipper, and 2 pulls, (handles/tabs) (inside and outside) that you can zip from either side. Not 2 sliders.
