Renault Clio Sport 197/200 Portmatched And gasflowed Inlet Manifold Service.

Turn around time is normally about 2-3 days depending on my workload at the time.

I have been porting the Renault clio sport manifolds for over 10 years now and completed well over 1000 sets. I also worked with or supplied many of the Renault sport company's.  Please have a look on my Facebook and Instagram page for more photos (search M.S Custom Engineering).

Your Inlet manifolds will have the following work carried out to them.

Stripped and cleaned, lower inlet manifold is portmatched to the cylinder head and ported through out the entire runners.

Upper manifold will be portmatched to the lower manifold and the throttle body side is enlarged.

Shotblasted clean and painted any colour you like (all hight quality 2k products used)

All bolt holes and threads retapped and cleaned (any stripped threads will be repaired)

I also stock a wide range of different coloured Renault sport carbon fiber badges which are £20 each

I also offer a throttle body portmatch and gasflow service which is £75  (painted any colour you like included)

I can also shotblast and paint any other brackets or mounts for around £15 each (engine mount, cambelt cover etc)

I also stock a stainless steel bolt kit for the upper manifold which replaces the old bolts with shiney new stainless ones (won't rust) which is £9 a set
