Shipping policy & Store Policies

We use USPS for delivery to keep the cost to you as low as possible.  If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we can ship UPS or FedEx for additional cost.  
We have a 3 day handling policy.  Make sure your address is correct prior to payment.  eBay?s policy is that the seller is not to change the address. If you wish to change your address, you must do it through eBay prior to checkout.  If the item you purchased is shipped back to me by the shipping company (return to sender) for any reason that's due to a false, incorrect, or misleading address, or because they were unable to deliver the package to you for some other reason as a result of your error, you are agreeing that we can deduct a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges we incurred. The remainder of what is left from the purchase price will be refunded to you.


If an item should become 'lost' by the shipping carrier, we will not issue a refund until 15 days AFTER the last scan date by the carrier.  We will first open a missing mail search with USPS, then if not delivered after 5 days, open an insurance claim with USPS.  At that time we will reship or refund your purchase, whichever you choose.  Please note that most First Class and Priority mail shipments arrive in 2 or 3 days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We are a small shop located near Kentucky Lake in Western TN. Me and my wife deceided to leave the corporate world and 2016 and follow our passion . 95% of our listings use stock photos provided by the manufacturer. These are to give you a more consistent representation of what the product is. That being said manufacturers may change the packaging type or package count with no warning to us. If this happens we will gladly accept your return. Please contact us if there's any issues with your order. 

We ship USPS First Class to keep prices as low as possible. We only ship eBay orders on Wednesday and Fridays. Should your order become lost or delayed in transit we will make every effort to resolve it with the carrier. We have to give them time however to complete there search. Our policy is to give them 14 days and on the 15th day of no scan activity we will contact you to see what you would like to do.

All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.

All of our inventory is available both on eBay and in person in our retail store so during busy times this can get the inventory off some. We do our best to keep these numbers updated but with over 1000 listings its near impossible to achieve 100% accuracy. If your item is out of stock we will attempt to reorder from our supplier one time and after that we will contact you to see if you want refund or if you would like to wait. We try extremely hard to avoid this but it does happen and we apologize in advance.

WE WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. THIS IS FROM ORDERS THAT HAVE TAKEN LONGER THAN NEEDED TO BE DELIVERED.  MOST OF THIS IS USPS DELAYS IN THE MEMPHIS TN HUB BUT A FEW HAVE BEEN MISTAKES ON OUR PART AS WELL.
