We have a 1 day dispatch policy giving a fast turnaround from purchase to delivery to you .

2nd class is default on most UK listings, with 1st class and special delivery options also available to give you more choice on the speed of your delivery .

• UK deliveries : 1st class 1-2 working days from date of dispatch, 2nd class 2-3 working days, Special delivery next day by 1pm
• European deliveries take around 7 days from dispatch , International around 12 days .
• Due to some parcels being too large to fit a letterbox, if your item has not arrived please first check with your local sorting/collection office to see if they are holding your parcel but forgot to leave a calling card.
• All items are carefully packed but if you have any problems or concerns on receipt of your parcel please let use know through ebay messaging .

Please retain your dispatch invoice enclosed with your purchase at it will be required should you wish to return your item.

Our returns policy allows up to 30-60 days after your item is delivered to cancel and return.

We also offer the option to exchange the item and recommend sending a lock of hair with the return if a colour match is required , alternatively you can send a photo via eBay messages, taken in natural light with no flash for us to find a possible match for you.

If you are returning items which are not faulty they must be returned as sent with all tags still attached and have not been worn even for a short time due to hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for return postage costs (this does not affect your statutory rights). Jan's Hair reserves the right to send back the item if not returned within the time frame allocated or if item is seen to be used.

Please do NOT brush any synthetic hair as this will damage the fibre, instead use an afro comb or just run your fingers through it this will ensure a longer life for your hair product  

I will be posting out every day till 23rd December up to the Christmas Holidays  

and will be back to normal posting from the 27th

Delivery by Royal Mail in the run up to Christmas may take longer than usual so please allow for this, if your order is urgent please use the 1st class postage option when placing your order
