Mini Antique Enameled Folding Glove / Button Hook

English * Circa 1900s

This tiny glove or button hook has enameled sides in aqua blue. An engraved guilloche pattern shows through the translucent enamel and it's been painted with white spots. The steel hook folds out for use like a pen knife.  

The condition is excellent and the hook is strong and intact. It opens and closes well. It measures 1 1/8" long closed and 1 3/4" long with the hook extended. The end has a ring so it could be attached to a watch chain or used as a charm.
