Rare and fabulous vintage dress from TALL and TAILORED of Beverly Hills, California, I believe in the 50s or 60s, could be earlier. Tag size 12, best for Small, possibly Medium, PLEASE check measurements below. Style is Roaring 20s, fully fringed, producing wonderful flapper movement when you dance or even walk. Fringe across the bust and shoulders creates a shawl silhouette. Base appears to be wool or wool blend, with some stretch/give. There are some stitches that have come out (easily redone) and a few small holes (covered by the fringe). Also, it was shortened by seven inches, could be let down if desired.
