Shipping Policy:

Shipping is to the lower U.S. only unless you participate in the eBay Global Shipping program.  Packages are mailed three to four times a week to ensure timely delivery to my customers.

Payment Policy:

Payments for purchased items must be made within four (4) days after the auction has ended. No exceptions.  eBay will process an unpaid claim for items that are not paid for within this time frame.  Please do not purchase an item if you are unable to pay for it.  

Sales Tax:

Many states now require eBay to collect the appropriate sales tax on all on-line purchases.  eBay handles sales tax.  I am not able to alter this amount.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless I made an error in the item’s listing.  I always describe items and take photos that show exactly what you are purchasing.  Please ensure you know what you are bidding on, or are purchasing.  If there is an error in the listing, I will accept a return and will provide a pre-paid label for the item.  Please note that new items need to be returned sealed.  Serial numbers are recorded for all electronic items.
