           Betel leaves are used as a stimulant, an antiseptic, and a breath-freshener. The betel leaves are chewed together in a wrapped package along with areca nut and mineral slaked lime. Betel leaves contain many curative and healing health benefits. I am selling the stems of the plant which is capable to grow the plant and desired to fully grow up in one year. It is ideal to grow in indoors or out door. Partial shade and less watering is ideal.

How to plant:

 

          Keep the stems in normal sunlight for 5 minutes as soon as you open the parcel. It will help to fasten the germination. After plant the stem in a flower pot or directly to garden 2 inches under the soil. Make sure less watering and the germ should be the upward direction. The germ will be growing in one month.

         Warning: Each and every seeds/rhizomes/ stems have a hibernation/ dormancy  period which may take  several weeks, months, and some even up to year depending upon, region, weather, season, planting method etc. It is important that the buyer should understand these are perishable things and  germination can be adversely affected by such factors as mold/fungus, bugs, temperature, moisture content, light intensity, care, and contamination of planting media among many other reasons. These factors are totally buyer's responsibility and risk.  Floating seeds do not always indicate that the seed is not viable. Many times it is a misconception because the seed does not have the density to sink in water.  Germination process needs patience and if everything suitable you will success.
