SHIPPING

Other shipping methods are available on checkout. Claims for items not received will be processed in line with Royal Mail compensation policy and deadlines

RETURNS POLICY

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage & report any damage or errors to us within 48 hours via eBay messenger.

All items are brand new and we accept returns as required of us by Law providing, we are informed within 30 days of delivery of your request to return the item and the reason why. Item must be unused and in the same condition as dispatch.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot refund or replace items which appear to have been misused, deliberately damaged or have become faulty through negligent use.

We cannot offer refunds for items such as earrings and drip tips, unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
