One of a series of 5 different sculptures I have by the mystery artist "KN" all featuring this gentleman and his briefcase (in some of the sculptures) going about his day.   His name is Isaac, and it looks like he's had a pretty rough day based on the timeline of the sculptures!  I have not been able to find any information about the artist who made this series of sculptures, so if you happen to know anything, I'd love to hear from you.   The closest I've found in style are sculptures by the famed artist William King.   I contacted Mr. King's son to see if he was aware of this artist or his work and he kindly responded, but did not have any information for me.

This appears to be the first in the series of 5 sculptures I have.  This is Isaac riding the bus on his way to work with his briefcase clutched on his lap.  Lots of details and a bit of humor.  The expressions on his face through this series of sculptures is pretty amazing!  The casting appears to be bronze and is bolted to the backing which is plywood with a covering of black laminate.   This measures 10" x 9" and is about 2.5" in thickness.   Marked 4/30 and KN.

Feel free to contact me if you have any ideas about who this artist may be,  or if you have any more questions.  I'll answer to the best of my ability.   Please check my other listings to see the other 4 sculptures in this series.
