Thanks for looking.  This is a stickerless Salsa Moto stem with a housing stop and roller to direct the cable to your front cantilever.  There are no markings but it is unmistakably a Salsa.  It has a standard 22.2 insert and 25.4 clamp.  The rise is quite low, with the stem almost at a 90 to the quill.  I would estimate the angle at +5 degrees but could be in the 5-10 degree range.  The length is 15 cm. / 150 mm. c-c. The hardware is all present and turns/threads/tightens well.  Overall condition is good to very good - roller spins smoothly and the pin looks solid.  Great stem for that long and low look (and feel) that your old MTB requires ; ) when the stems were long and the bars were narrow.
