The watch’s design adheres to the classic aesthetics of a military watch. The circular case and the fixed bezel have been brushed giving it a matte and scratch resistant appearance, while a recessed push-pull crown is positioned at the 3 o’clock mark. Hardlex glass has been applied to both the front of the case and the exhibition case back. The Dial: The dial comes presented in black with bold orange accents, it exhibits an uncomplicated design that ensures optimum levels of readability. Around the outer edge of the dial there is an orange 60-minute scale that is separated by increments of five minutes, besides them are small luminescent pips which enable the dial to be read in the dark. The 12-hour scale is displayed through orange Arabic style numerals within the inner dial. A day-date display window is presented neatly besides the 3 o’clock marker. The strap has leather sizing holes which ensure the longevity of the timepiece. The strap fastens through the use of a sand blasted standard buckle that has the Seiko logo etched into it. Seiko’s exclusive 4R36 calibre automatic movement powers this watch, it consists of 24 jewels and it offers an accuracy of -25/+45 seconds per day. This watch has a water resistance of up to 100M.
