Roof Flashing For Flat/Corrugated Roofs

The diameters listed within the dropdown menu are the overall/outer diameter of flue pipe the Flashing will accommodate, based on a flat roof.

This flashing is to be used with twin wall insulated pipe. This is used when a twin wall flue pipe passes through a flat, corrugated or plastix roof. The flashing will sit on your roof and then it can be fixed down with a sealant and some screws. There are 4 different sizes within this listing. If you have a flat roof you can use the smallest one and the larger the pitch the bigger the flashing needs to be.

This flashing is not as flexible as the flashing for tiled roofs and so doesn't stretch as well which means smaller sizes cannot cope with a pitched roof.

For example, if you had a 6" twin wall flue pipe which is 8" externally and your roof pitch is around 30 degrees, the best one to go for would be 4-3/4" - 10", or if you really want to be on the safe side you could also use the 5-1/2" - 11-1/2".

Pipe Diameters (Flashing size):

3"-6" (76-152mm)

4"-7" (95-197mm)

5"-9" (121-254mm)

6"-11" (140-292mm)

7"-13" (175-330mm)

It is always best to use high temperature flashing. If your installation is properly installed and is over 5 meters tall, this is when the low temperature flashing can be used.

The base dimensions of the 4" - 8-1/4" flashing is 11"
The base dimensions of the 4-3/4" - 10" flashing is 12"
The base dimensions of the 5-1/2" - 11-1/2" flashing is 14"
The base dimensions of the 6-3/4" - 13-1/2" flashing is 17"

If you have a 5" twin wall flue pipe, this will be 7" externally and so if your pitch is more than 45 degrees the larger size flashing would be recommended so that the flashing can cope with the pitch of the roof.
