This beautiful book is in excellent condition

It has beautiful coloured and black and white illustrations with medium size text (please take a look at the pictures)

The author is of course Beatrix Potter 

It has a dust cover which is very slightly yellowing round the edges but the hardcover of the actual book is perfect colour 

It has 80 pages

There are 4 stories (please see photograph number 5 for story names)
