The Process:
This Harley Davidson Wood Sign is first cut down to size then sanded. It is then given a 'charred' effect by burning the top layer of each board to give it a beautiful unique look and brings out the beautiful wood grain of our hand picked wood.
The boards are then stained with multiple coats of Minwax stain and then cure for hours before heading our CNC.
Once the Harley Wood Sign is together we then engrave the Stars and the Harley Davidson logo before protecting and sealing it all by spraying multiple coats of High Quality inside/outside Lacquer.
ALL OUR FLAGS ARE PROFESSIONALLY ENGRAVED WITH STATE OF THE ART CNC ROUTER!
