TYCO TELECOMMUNICATIONS (COMMSCOPE)DT2-ICT-25VT03F-DB3-1BXA 25 PAIR INTEGRATED CLOSURE TERMINAL STRAND MOUNT 431576-000 The DTermiantor 2 ICT/ICX/ICP integrated closure terminal is a strand-mounted, free breathing, aerial closure terminal intended for new construction and rehabilitation, providing mechanical strength, security, and environmental protection for your splice. The kit contains four main components: two gel end-pieces, one central housing, and one DTerminator 2 terminal block. The product is available in two splice chamber sizes: A and B with any block size up to 25 pair.
The DTerminator 2 ICT integrated closure terminal features a convoluted design with a self-supporting bond assembly for easy installation with few parts. Recommended for use on non-pressurized polyethylene-sheathed aerial cable (including self-supporting aerial cable), the DTerminator 2 terminals housing features a swing-up 180¢ª access door, facilitating drop wire installation, and terminal block access.
The DTerminator 2 ICX upgradable terminal block includes a grounding strip. Although it is an unprotected model, the ICX's driver modules can be easily replaced in the field with protected driver modules, creating a protected pair unit when needed, saving unnecessary initial cost.
The DTerminator 2 ICP protected terminal block contains driver modules with factorysealed circuit protectors. Each connection is protected by a three element gas discharge tube.

Protected and unprotected blocks of the same pair count are the same size, leaving plenty of room to store wirework in the compact housings. • Additional blocks may be field installed in the terminal housing in the future. For example, the ICT could be purchased with a 10-pair block and a 5 or 10-pair block could be added or the ICT could be purchased with a 15-pair and an additional 5-pair block could be added.
