FAB vintage late 60's or early 70's tan colored zip front vinyl / faux leather dress / jumper by Russ.  Would be great with a turtleneck under and black tights and boots.   The stitching for the belt on the front is a bit loose and the belt sags a bit from that issue (I have it taped in the first pics).  There is a small tear in the vinyl at the bottom of the zipper where it was stitched to the zipper.   Could easily put a piece of tape on the back to hole it in place.  hard to see unless you're looking for it.   Size on the tag is 14, but please check the measurements carefully.  All measurements have been taken with the dress laying flat, so may need to be doubled.
