It has the Gyger S with a 6 µm radius nude diamond stylus.
This is a revolutionary line-contact stylus type which is shaped to more closely resemble the record cutting head than any previous design.
This stylus can be used as a replacement and specifically designed for the Goldring 1042 Cartridge. As this range is interchangeable, this will also fit and upgrade the 1006, 1012 and 1022GX, and is used with Goldring's moving magnet cartridge.

Recommendations of around 20 hours of break-in-time. Simply remove your current stylus carefully whilst removing from the cartridge.
