• Although every effort is made to photograph the items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the item.

• Items returned because of color will incur a restocking fee.

SHIPPING: 

• If interested in shipping this item, please send us a message with an address and zip code so we can provide a quote for you. 
• Commercial addresses are preferred since residential will be more expensive.
• Please be aware that the address that we ship to is the address that you have provided and have been quoted for. 
• For any address changes please make sure to message us
• Items take up to 2-3 business days to process once payment is made, our items are shipped through standard LTL freight which is usually 3-7 business days but can sometimes take longer. 
• Shipping cost will not be refunded for items that are canceled during transit, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.    

PICK UP:

• Items can be purchased for local pick up in Houston Tx.
• Once purchased, you will receive a pick up address in 1-2 business days. 
• Buyer will have up to two weeks to pick up the item after purchase. 
• We are open for pickup Mon.- Fri. from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. & Sat. from 8 A.M. to 2 P.M.

RETURNS:

• You will have 30 days after receiving the part to return it.
• If the reason for the return is not due to a mistake on our end we will not be responsible for any return cost and a %20 restocking fee will be charged to your refund. 
• Items returned damaged or not in its original condition a %50 restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
• Shipping cost will not be refunded for items that are canceled during transit, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
